Maison Aurelia
Maison Aurelia is a boutique city residence that merges hospitality, living, and social experience within a single architectural identity.
Located in the urban fabric, the building presents a clear and refined façade. Strong horizontal lines, large glass surfaces, and warm lighting establish a calm but confident presence within the city. The ground level opens transparently to invite movement between street and interior.
The entrance leads directly into a double-height lobby that operates as the social core of the project. This space is not treated as a transitional zone, but as a destination. Lounge seating, bar, and restaurant functions are integrated into a single continuous environment.
Material selection defines the atmosphere. Warm wood panels, stone surfaces, bronze accents, and textured fabrics create depth and richness. The lighting is layered and controlled, with soft ambient tones balanced by focused highlights that guide the eye across the space.
The bar becomes a central anchor within the lobby. Positioned along the main axis, it activates the space throughout the day and into the evening. Seating areas are arranged in clusters, allowing both privacy and interaction. The layout supports multiple scenarios, from informal meetings to evening gatherings.
Upper levels contain the residential units. Each residence is designed with clarity and efficiency, maintaining visual connection to the city while offering a quiet and controlled interior environment. Large openings, clean layouts, and refined materials create a consistent architectural language across all units.
Circulation is intuitive and visually connected. Balconies, corridors, and internal voids create layered perspectives, reinforcing the sense of openness while maintaining privacy.
Maison Aurelia is conceived as a hybrid model. It combines the comfort of a residence, the atmosphere of a boutique hotel, and the social energy of a curated urban space.
