Silvan Hills House
Silvan Hills House
is a contemporary residence shaped by landscape, water, and framed views.
The architecture is defined by horizontal planes, deep overhangs, and transparent boundaries. Strong volumes sit lightly on the terrain, while terraces, water elements, and soft planting create a gradual transition between built form and nature.
The arrival sequence is controlled and calm. Pathways move through water and stone, guiding the approach toward the main entrance. The house reveals itself in layers, with shifting perspectives and framed openings.
Inside, the main living space is conceived as a continuous volume. Double-height glazing opens fully to the landscape, allowing the water and greenery to extend visually into the interior. The material palette is warm and tactile, with natural stone floors, wood ceilings, and soft integrated lighting.
The living area is organized around comfort and proportion. Low seating, sculptural tables, and layered textures create a relaxed but precise atmosphere. The space flows directly toward the terrace and water edge, dissolving the boundary between interior and exterior.
The dining space is positioned deeper within the plan, maintaining visual connection while offering a more intimate scale. Lighting and material transitions define each zone without physical separation.
Upper levels overlook the main space, creating vertical continuity and visual depth. Circulation is designed as an experience, with framed views at every transition point.
Outdoor areas are integral to the project. Terraces extend the living spaces outward, while the water elements reflect light and soften the architecture. The pool aligns with the horizon, reinforcing the connection to the landscape.
Silvan Hills House is designed as a balanced environment. It combines openness with privacy, clarity with warmth, and architecture with nature.
