Villa Mareva

is a contemporary summer residence designed around light, landscape, and sea views.

The architecture is composed of strong stone volumes, deep openings, and clean vertical lines. The house sits naturally within the rocky coastal terrain, using water, planting, and layered terraces to soften the geometry. The entrance sequence leads through cascading pools and landscaped paths, creating a calm transition from nature to interior space.

Inside, the main living area opens fully toward the sea. Double-height glazing frames the sunset and brings the landscape into the room. Warm stone walls, bronze-toned panels, soft seating, and sculptural lighting create a relaxed but refined atmosphere. The bar wall adds a social character, making the space suitable for both quiet evenings and summer gatherings.

The kitchen and dining area continue the same architectural language. A green marble island becomes the central element of the room, balanced by warm ceiling details, leather dining chairs, and a direct view of the water. The space feels open, generous, and connected to the horizon.

The bedroom is designed as a private retreat. Large sliding glass panels open toward the terrace and sea, while textured wall panels, soft lighting, natural fabrics, and warm tones create a quiet mood. The room connects comfort with the feeling of being close to nature.

The bathroom combines wood, stone, and a bold blue vanity. A sunken tub, soft lighting, and exterior views give the space a spa-like quality. Every material choice supports a calm and tactile experience.

The outdoor areas are central to the project. Terraces, lounge areas, water features, and sunset-facing seating create a continuous flow between architecture and landscape. Casa Luma is designed as a summer house where daily life moves easily between interior comfort, open air, and the sea.
