Oria Gardens

is a contemporary multi-family summer compound designed as a private, low-density living environment. The project consists of 10 independent residences organized around a central landscaped courtyard.

The masterplan creates a clear spatial hierarchy. Two linear residential blocks frame the site, while a central axis connects the entrance, courtyard, and vertical tower element. Water features, planting layers, and controlled geometry define the outdoor experience.

The courtyard acts as the heart of the project. A circular fountain anchors the space and organizes movement. Paths, terraces, and seating areas allow residents to experience the landscape at different scales. The composition balances symmetry with natural elements to create a calm and structured environment.

Each residence is designed with strong indoor-outdoor continuity. Full-height glazing opens living spaces toward the courtyard or landscape. Interior layouts focus on open-plan living, combining lounge, dining, and kitchen areas into one continuous volume.

Material selection is consistent across the project. Natural stone, wood textures, and warm-toned finishes create a unified architectural language. Detailed screens and layered facades add depth, privacy, and filtered light throughout circulation areas.

The interior spaces prioritize comfort and atmosphere. Living areas are soft and minimal. Dining spaces integrate sculptural elements and art walls. Kitchens are clean, functional, and visually integrated into the architecture.

Private zones such as bedrooms and bathrooms are designed as retreat spaces. Soft lighting, natural materials, and controlled views create a quiet and intimate environment within each unit.

Outdoor living extends beyond individual units. Shared terraces, pool areas, and lounge zones provide spaces for social interaction while maintaining privacy. The infinity pool visually connects the project to the surrounding landscape and reinforces the horizontal horizon line.
